This is really silly for anyone who does any flash development at all, but a designer friend of mine was struggling with the concept, so I put this together for him. It's a very simple tutorial on attaching and removing movie clips in flash.

The Alarm Clock

People who can sleep through earthquakes, college fire drills, lightning striking the house, police raids, etc. sometimes need a bit more creative solution than the normal ringing or buzzing alarm clock. This one generates a random noise (from a list selected by the user) and then sets a random snooze interval before generating another random noise from that same list. Let me know what you think.
